These Terms & Conditions of Sale govern all purchases made through the 6IX website. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, or stock availability.

2. Prices

All prices displayed on our website are listed in the selected currency and include or exclude taxes as indicated at checkout.

Shipping fees, customs duties, and import taxes (if applicable) are calculated separately and displayed before payment.

3. Payment

Payment must be completed before an order is processed.

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are securely processed by our authorized payment providers.

4. Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 5-15 business days.

Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control do not constitute grounds for cancellation or compensation.

5. Returns

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition, and include all original packaging.

Certain products, including personalized or final sale items, may not be eligible for return.

6. Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

7. Exchanges

We currently do not guarantee exchanges. Customers wishing to obtain a different size or product may return their item (if eligible) and place a new order.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before they have entered the fulfillment process.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

9. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs of the issue.

We will review your request and provide an appropriate solution.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 6IX shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products.

Our liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the affected order.

11. Force Majeure

6IX shall not be responsible for delays or failures resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, transportation disruptions, government actions, or supply chain interruptions.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the country in which 6IX operates.
